Customer Service Representative
Orbit Medical – Naperville, IL
We’re looking for qualified candidates who are excited to be a part of a growing team!
The customer service representative (CSR) plays an integral part of our business. As a CSR at Orbit Medical your job is to provide the best support to our current and future patients as they interact with our medical equipment. The CRS handles inbound and outbound calls to patients and families assisting them with troubleshooting equipment, repair orders and general service requests.
Essential Roles
Provide phone support to customers and accounts
Troubleshoot equipment with patients
Process service tickets for patients needing at home service
Provide general information about existing orders
Review claims ensuring the meet medical coverage
Work with all facets of the organizing to have a clear understanding of how
*Most qualified candidate will posses the ability to provide excellent customer service and empathy to patients under a face paced pressure environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via email.
Basic computer and MS Office skills (Word and Excel)
Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work independently with speed, accuracy and attention to detail while meeting production deadlines
